Belleair
On the
shore of the Intracoastal Waterway, Belleair's neighborhood provides
an ambiance of tradition and prestige. Belleair offers lengthy
stretches of golf course, rows of towering palms and handsome lawns
help make this area “the place to be”. Ranch houses, two-story
colonials, waterfront mansions, condominiums, country clubs and the
historic Belleview Hotel contribute to the distinguished lifestyle.
Belleair
Beach
Belleair
Beach was chartered in 1950, and has two miles of beautiful beach
and several fingers on the Intracoastal Waterway. Belleair Beach's
population is slightly over 2000 people, that live primarily in
single-family homes & condominiums & a couple of motels.
Most of the homes have access to the deep water for boating and or
fantastic water views! It is one of the last strictly residential
beach communities in our area. The beaches are public, but access is
private which help give it the charm of an old fashioned
neighborhood.
Belleair
Bluffs
Belleair
Bluffs is a very desirable area providing shopping and services for
residents of the island communities across the Intercostals (Belleair
Beach Indian Rocks Beach & Sand Key), as well as the local
adjacent communities of Belleair,
Harbor Bluffs, Belleair & Largo.
Belleair Bluffs is still just under ¾ of a square mile in size and
is almost completely built-out with 2200 inhabitants. Belleair
Bluffs is made up of approximately 200 businesses - commercial and
professional - as well as 540 single-family homes, 320 apartments
and 650 condominium units. The Belleair Bluffs community offers a
wide range of living choices for its very active residents, which
include retirees, snowbirds who come down for the winter, families,
and single working professionals.
Belleair
Shore
Belleair
Shore is perhaps the smallest town in Florida in both size and
population. The Belleair Shore community consists of approximately
55 private homes along the Gulf of Mexico, west of Gulf Boulevard
and just north of Indian Rocks Beach. Probably the most unique
feature of the Belleair Shore community is that there are no
businesses in this town, it is 100% residential! Although there are
no public or commercial facilities in our town, we join with the
other Gulf Beach municipalities in welcoming visitors to the many
attractions and beautiful beaches that are available on these
barrier islands.
